“viewing: land and language,” co-collaborated by Jennifer Colten and Allena Brazier, is centered around the ever changing landscapes of The American Bottom and East St. Louis, Illinois area—highlighting the transition from rolling hills and valleys to paved roads, illustrating how these changes influence both language and storytelling.
